Final Project

Finally, after almost a month of hard working and gathering up information, here it is, my family history. I started first, by asking my parents some questions to get more background info. That helped but I would still need more. Next,  I sent an email to my mother on asking her more information. Once I had all this I was able to make a family tree. Now after once all this was made, I was able to create a Prezi, a piktochart and a five frame story board.

Read THIS blog post by a teacher. I mean actually read it. Take it in. Think about it. And then, write about it. What do you think about it? What is the teacher trying to say? In your own words explain what "the main event" is.

The main event is just to get back up when you get knocked down. When you take control of your fears and failures. The main even is to keep going as the time gets rough. Never stop giving up and never stop believe in yourself. That is what I think is main event.

Reflect on your stop-motion animation project. How did it go? What worked? What didn't work? If you're not finished - why? If you are finished go in to detail about the project and what you learned. Give as much detail and information as possible.

I think mine went pretty good. I could have done a lot better if I was given the time. The thing that worked would be the picture taking, the thing that did not work, was getting music to my video. I learned that it takes time to make a quality stop motion video. I learned how to upload pictures  from my camera to the computer and how hard it was.

What is stop motion animation? If you don't know, look it up!

A stop motion is a bunch of pictures combined to go really fast and make a movie. So a bunch of pictures go really fast.

Tell me about your 5 frame storyboard. What did you like about the project? What did you dislike? Was it hard to fit a story in to 5 images? Do you think you tell a clear story? What would you do differently if you could? Explain.

I liked the project because we could do what ever we want. I could have had better qualities on my photos.

What is a storyboard? If you don't know, what do you think it is? How are storyboards used? What are some different ways that storyboards can be made?

A story board is a comic strip in a way but without the color. It is pretty much just an outline of a comic strip. Someways storyboards can be made is making them through different tools online.

Welcome back! How was your Spring Break? Tell me all about it. You've been out of school for 10 days so I know you will have plenty to share. Make it good!

I went to Colorado. I went to see the USA Olympic Training Center. I also went snowboarding. On the last day I went to Breckenridge and spent the whole day there. That night I had an 11 hour drive back to Kansas.

Prepare yourself... I want you to really THINK about this blog post. I mean really use your brain. What is the significance of an infographic? What is the point of pairing graphics and information together? What impact can this have on a reader or viewer. EXPLAIN.


Honestly, infographic are just a better way to show a topic than just a boring paper. They also show data in a more appealing way. The infographic can also be a faster way to show information. While a boring essay paper will turn people off, an infographic will catch people's attention and they will become more interested in wanting to know. Infographic's also show data by using charts, graphs and pictures to help the reader more understand the topic.

I would pick an infographic because infographics are more interesting than papers. Infographics are also a lot more fun and easier to make. I just prefer this over a paper.

My paper is about Abortion and how I do not think it is right. Abortion is a horrible thing to do to new borns and it shouldn't happen. I do not think it should be legal and we should just give the unwanted babies to an adoption center.

I spent my sweetheart with my babe, my beautiful, perfect, Xbox 360. We cuddle all night long, while I played GTA V. It was very romantic. My Sweetheart was absoutlely perfect.

If you could pick one issue in the world to fix or change what would it be and why?

I would fix world hunger. I would give food to homeless people. Why? People should not go days without eatin. I can barely go 20mins without food, so I can not image a little child going days without eating. My goal is to give everyone a warm meal, because without food, we would not survive.

 Public Service Announcement are message throughout the media, getting people aware of the problem. Aslo to change public attitudes towards a social issue. Like bullying or drug use. They want people to change their opinion on it.

On Saturday I just stayed home and did nothing. On Sunday I had a rec basketball game. It was the Polar Bears vs Lob City. We ended up losing 63-24. On monday, I just did homework all day. Overall, this weekend was boring.

What have you learned about Google Drive and Google Presentation so far? What do you like about it? What problems have you run in to? Is it better than PowerPoint?Explain.

I think that Google Drive and Google Presentation has been great! I personally really like using it. I like how in Google Presentation it saves right away. Even if you accidently close out of it with out saving, it saves right away. I have not really come across any problems yet. I think it is so much easier to use. Overall, Google Drive and Google Presentation are awesome.

"Images on the internet are 'free game'"- if someone posted I should be able to use it"

 Yes and no. Yes, because if you post it on the internet, then yeah people will most likely use the picture anyways. If you want them too or not. No, because it was your own personal picture and other people shouldn't be able to use it.

I want be able to know how to use technology online for my help. I would like to be be able to find short cuts in using Google Drive and finally be able to know how to use all of what we learn in my common day activites. It would be nice to know how to use a blog since I had no idea what a blog was at first.
